
Stella Saperstein
Treasurer
Stella Saperstein is an honor graduate of the Lviv (Ukraine) Stanislaw Liudkevich State Music College with a degree in Piano Performance and Piano Pedagogy, followed by a degree in piano Performance and Piano Pedagogy (college/conservatory level) from the St. Petersburg (Leningrad, USSR) Rimsky-Korsakov Conservatory.Since immigrating to the USA in 1979, she has been teaching piano at her own Stella Saperstein Piano Studio.
She is a co-author of the book, The Harmonious Child, Every Parent’s Guide to Musical Instruments, Teachers, and Lessons.
In addition, after graduating from Moscow State Linguistic University with a degree in English, she worked as an interpreter for the US State Department and was an Advisory Board Member at the ASU Melikian Center Critical Languages Institute.
She is a Treasurer for the Young Artist Committee, Director of Development at USASU Bösendorfer & Yamaha International Piano Competition, as well as judge for numerous piano competitions, local and international.
